The design draws on the traditional space type of "half house and half garden" and consists of five groups of relatively independent rectangular volume units combined horizontally and vertically to form a semi-open enclosure. In the face of the relatively regular base and high floor area ratio requirements, this not only reflects the economy and rationality, but also creates a courtyard and office atmosphere in the overlap and intersection. Below the rectangular volume, a flat square volume is placed, which contains staggering changes in the common, and can be flexibly adjusted for later functional settings.
